Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using IVOZ's website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the IVOZ website (ivoz.in) and any related services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website immediately.

2. Services Provided

IVOZ provides IT and AI automation services including, but not limited to:

  • AI automation and intelligent agent development
  • Website and web application development
  • Custom software solutions
  • Digital marketing and SEO services
  • Business consultation and strategy sessions

All services are subject to separate service agreements and pricing proposals provided on a per-project basis.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms and communications
  • Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
  • Respect intellectual property rights associated with our content and deliverables
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without explicit written permission

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. General policies include:

  • Project fees must be paid as per the milestones agreed in the service contract
  • Deposits paid are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Refunds for incomplete work will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
  • Disputes must be raised within 7 days of milestone delivery

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials created by IVOZ remain the intellectual property of IVOZ until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership transfers to the client as defined in the project agreement. Our website content, branding, and proprietary tools remain exclusively owned by IVOZ.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of the project engagement. IVOZ will not disclose client project details to third parties without explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

IVOZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from our marketing or automation services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. IVOZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for users who violate these terms. Termination does not relieve either party of financial obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
